Job Description

Wall Industries Inc., located in Exeter, NH, designs, manufactures, and sells open-frame and encapsulated power sources to a worldwide market. Wall has been a leader in providing open frame power sources to industries such as: Military telecommunications, medical, process control, instrumentation, computers, and peripherals. Staffed by experienced engineers and employing the latest manufacturing technology, Wall has developed a reputation for quality and innovation through its extensive product line

Responsibilities include:

Prepare and generate all necessary shipping documents, international exporting, AES, bill of lading and related broker documents
Follow all ISO Shipping and packing work instructions, customer shipping/routing guide and ITAR regulations for exporting
Complete computerized transactions in a timely manner to support MRP and Materials Department
Work with accounting regarding credit holds and credit card orders
Maintain accurate records of daily shipments, as well as maintain and report packaging inventory
Receive all customer supplied and procured material and verify counts
Match incoming material to proper open purchase orders
Deliver and keep record of all incoming material without a Wall purchase order
Perform other duties as directed

Job Requirements

Qualifications or Equivalent:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
1-2 years’ experience in manufacturing shipping and receiving environment
Familiar with computerized inventory control systems
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
ISO experience preferred
Ability and willingness to be trained
